FEES

$450 for the first meeting, which  lasts 1.5 hours

$450 per hour thereafter.  Time billed includes meeting time and notes sent to clients after each session.  The notes are a tool to make meetings more efficient.

Meetings often last 2 hours, and time for notes will range between 30-60 minutes.  A typical number of meetings (after the introductory meeting) is 4,  or 8 hours of meetings.

No charge for ordinary phone calls and emails between meetings.  

 

Drafting final orders at the end of the case is also billed at $450 per hour.  While Joanna does not usually submit orders to the court, she can provide guidance for clients who submit their agreed orders to the court.   Time for drafting is usually in the 2-4 hour range.
