FEES

Introductory Meeting: $450

The first meeting lasts 1.5 hours

Subsequent Meetings: $450 per hour

The cost includes notes sent to clients after each session, and ordinary phone calls and emails between meetings.  Meetings often last 2 hours.  A typical number of meetings (after the introductory meeting) is 4,  or 8 hours of meetings.

 

Drafting: $450 per hour

Drafting final orders at the end of the case and guidance in submitting agreed orders to the court.   A typical charge is $1800.
