I will not be beginning new cases between February 15 and May 15.

Coho Pod, Balint Groups, and active cases as of 2/15/24 will continue.

Divorce and separation are life transitions with a legal component. Joanna believes that settlements should make efficient use of your resources; be tailored to your circumstances and goals; and support your transition to a two-household family.

Mediation provides a supportive forum for thoughtful, frank, and thorough discussions. The mediator’s role is to guide you toward a settlement that is informed, practical and long-lasting. Joanna assists you with gathering information to make informed decisions; serves as your memory from session to session to help you maintain the continuity of your thoughts; develops and evaluates with you various options; guides you through implementation; and finds ways to resolve and manage conflict throughout.
